Founders Blog - The Dawn of Agentic AI : Why We Started Eve Security

AI is no longer a research project. It is happening now.

It’s in the boardroom, in the cube, on the desktop and in our workflows. It’s rapidly become embedded in the way enterprises act and make decisions. But here’s the paradox: the very same intelligence that gives organizations speed and advantage also introduces risk at a scale and unpredictability we’ve never seen before. Agentic AI doesn’t just “assist,” it acts!

When it acts without visibility and control, the consequences for enterprises are enormous.

At Eve, we believe this shift demands a new kind of security, built not for yesterday’s deterministic software, but for today’s adaptive, non-deterministic world.

Who We Are and How We Came Together

Eve Security was born from the kind of meeting that changes everything.

When we - Nadav, Sharon and Amit met, something clicked. Each of us had been engaged with the industry and challenges from different angles: entrepreneurship, enterprise software, security, AI innovation, scaling technology and value realization. Each of us brings vast experience and together we complement each other. We carry the scars of building at scale, the pragmatism of solving for real customers, and the creativity to imagine what needs to be built.

Why Now: The Industry Shift That Lit the Fire

Every CISO we’ve spoken with echoed the same concern: we’ve entered a non-deterministic world without a playbook. Security teams who mastered endpoint, cloud, and identity are now being asked to govern agents that write code, orchestrate workflows, and touch systems of record. The old tools don’t apply.

What fired us up wasn’t just the size of the problem. It was the unanimity of the pain. Whether at global banks, healthcare, Fortune 500s, high-growth enterprises and mid Market companies, CISOs are saying: we lack observability, control, and enforcement in this new AI landscape. That alignment told us we were onto something big.

How We Think About the Problem and the CISO

The CISO inherited one of the toughest transitions in enterprise history. They’re asked to secure adaptive, learning, non-deterministic systems, with the same rigor they applied to static software. At Eve, our job is to give CISOs back leverage. That means:

  • Observability over every AI agent interacting with critical systems.

  • Control through adaptive guardrails and dynamic policies.

  • Assurance that security doesn’t slow down innovation but enables it.

Our vision is simple: when a CISO deploys Eve, they can say with confidence, “My enterprise can adopt AI at scale. We are in control.”

What This Means to Us & What’s Next

For us, this journey isn’t just about building another cybersecurity company. It’s about building the right company at the right time. After years in the industry, launching a super relevant company  energizes us. We  are more excited than ever to solve problems that matter and serve our customers.

What’s next? In the coming months, we’re moving fast toward our first release, working closely with design partners and preparing to share more about how our technology works. But one thing will never change: our focus on delivering real, tangible value to CISOs and their teams.

The world is changing. AI is changing the enterprise.

At Eve, we’re here to make sure security keeps up.
