Sharing personal information with others
We can share your personal data with service suppliers, business partners and other third parties, in accordance with the applicable law and business contracts we have with such institutions. In certain cases, when the law does not prescribe it, your personal data may be forwarded to third parties such as accounting service, company providing software service for customer records, company that analyses wishes and interests on our website, delivery service, etc. EVE confirms that all suppliers (third parties) used in business operations have been warned that they themselves are obliged to comply with the PII regulations such as CCPA, GDPR etc. and that all collected and processed data that are not part of legal obligations must be resolved by concluding a contract on the transfer and processing of personal data (so-called DPA), which clearly prescribes obligations of suppliers to treat personal data that they obtain in this relationship in accordance with the law and other positive regulations and that they themselves are fully compliant with the PII regulations and that they apply adequate organizational and technical data protection measures.
If the law obliges us to obtain your consent or for some other reason we feel that your consent is necessary in certain circumstances, we will request it before sharing your personal data.
After you provide us with your personal information, it is possible to update, modify or request their deletion via an e-mail address: info@eve.security.
At the same address, you can ask other privacy issues or present your privacy complaints. In order to prevent unauthorized requests, in the process of exercising your rights, we will request you to confirm your identity while filling out a form for exercising the rights of the data subject or in other appropriate form.
Scope related to the Internet
Social networks
If you are a member of various social networks such as Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc., you should also be familiar with the tools that these pages provide by choosing how to share personal data on social media profiles.
In addition, depending on the selection related to settings on various social networks, certain personal data may be shared with EVE; for example, information about your online activities, social network profiles (e.g. interests, marital status, gender, user name, photo, comments and content you have published/shared, etc.).
Opt-out (check out) newsletter option
Any recipient of the newsletter of EVE can opt-out using such option from a provided unsubscribe link in newsletter sign or by sending an e-mail to the info@eve.security requesting opt-out.

On the website of EVE, you can find links to other websites with useful information. Such websites may operate independently of EVE and may have their own privacy policy, notices, statements or rules. We strongly recommend that you review them to find out how your personal data could be processed in connection with these websites because we are not responsible for the content of websites that are not owned or managed by EVE, nor for the use or privacy practices of these sites.

Children and minors
EVE does not communicate in any way with children and/or minors. In case of accidental contact, any contact and communication with children and minors shall be conducted by communicating, talking, negotiating and contracting exclusively with the parent/guardian. The contract, consent, consent and any other legally binding document shall be signed exclusively by the parent/guardian.
How do we store the data?
We store and process only those data from those users who have given their personal consent for their processing and/or in accordance with contractual obligations or have obtained these data on the basis of law or contract. Privacy protection of personal data is permanent and we take all measures to protect them in accordance with the regulation.

Each Data Subject shall have the right to obtain from the controller the confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him or her are being processed.

Each Data Subject shall have the right to obtain from the controller free information about his if or her personal data stored at any time while data subject must have access to information such as purposes of the processing, categories of personal data concerned, the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed, in particular recipients in third countries or international organizations, where possible, the envisaged period for which the personal data will be stored, or, if not possible, the criteria used to determine that period etc.
3. The Right to Rectification
Each data subject shall have the right to obtain from the controller without undue delay the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning him or her
4. The Right to Erasure (Right to be forgotten)
Each data subject shall have the right to obtain from the controller the erasure of personal data concerning him or her without undue delay, and the controller shall have the obligation to erase personal data without undue delay.
5. The Right to Restrict Processing
Each data subject shall have the right to obtain from the controller restriction of processing where one of the following applies: the accuracy of the personal data is contested by the data subject, for a period enabling the controller to verify the accuracy of the personal data and/or the processing is unlawful and the data subject opposes the erasure of the personal data and requests the restriction of their use instead
6. The Right to Data Portability
Each data subject shall have the right, to receive the personal data concerning him or her that was provided to a controller, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format
7. The Right to Object
Each data subject shall have the right to object, on grounds relating to his or her particular situation, at any time, to processing of personal data concerning him or her, which is based on point (e) or (f) of Article 6(1) of the GDPR. This also applies to profiling based on these provisions.
8. The Right to Avoid Automated Decision-Making
Each data subject shall have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning him or her, or similarly significantly affects him or her
Additionally, Data Subject has right to withdraw consent at any moment.
Do not sell my data
Eve Security Inc. minimizes amount of personal data collected and processed. Also, Eve Security Inc. follows recommendations from CCPA related to “Do Not Sell My Personal Information” concept. Any person can easily opt-out from our having their personal data by simply sending your first name and last name in an email message to info@eve.security with information from what you would like to opt-out.
